“A couple of friends and I took Dana’s Facial Release workshop this past spring. This was not the first workshop I had done as I find continued value in attending Dana’s workshops. I always learn something new. Tension and body aches were released during the class and we all commented on how much better we felt! “I cannot find a better word to describe my full-body physio-ball session, with Dana from Proactive Pickleball, than transformative! My body, which is always sore, was sore no more. It was a euphoric feeling to be released from muscle pain and discomfort that had been around for many months. Thank you Proactive Pickleball. I can move and bend again!”

“I have been seeing Dana at ProActive Pilates for the last 5 years to address issues I experience with my core and  back. Dana thoroughly evaluates my body  each time I see her and designs treatment plans to attend to my issues. In recent years the fascial release work Dana has introduced me to has significantly improved the misalignments in my body that cause chronic pain and mobility issues. Whenever I feel my back getting bad, Dana is my first call. After seeing her for a fascial release session, I feel balanced, flexible and pain free. “I saw Dana for a chronic issue in my forearm caused by repetitive movements at work. The issue was originally assessed by my doctor as carpal tunnel syndrome and I had to go off work to await testing. After just a few sessions with Dana, I regained mobility in my arm and was pain free. Dana saved me from having to go through painful tests and I was able to return to work earlier than anticipated. I cannot recommend Dana enough!”
