Small Group Sessions

If you are reading this, then congratulations—you have taken the first step, which reflects your desire to live pain free. An individual assessment is required before starting the small group sessions to determine proper muscle activation recruitment. After the initial assessment, we decide on your physiotherapy treatment plan and we work together in small group (semi-private) sessions. Tele-rehabilitation (video call) appointments are also available at this time and can be booked online.

These 60-minute sessions are appropriate for individuals with prior low back/pelvis/hip injuries. Typically sessions will include Core Rehab, Stretch Therapy, and Fascial release work where you and the small group will learn the techniques needed to live your lives pain free. All group sessions will take place at my studio in Port Coquitlam.

What’s included in group treatments?

Core rehab. These sessions will focus on increasing strength and flexibility and creating balance through a series of exercises aimed at improving core strength and stabilization.

Stretch therapy. In a safe and relaxing environment, allow an experienced and educated physiotherapist to cater a stretching program based on your unique needs and issues.

Any home exercises and/or follow-up requirements will be discussed during your initial assessment.
